Typeform Integration

Connect Typeform to list forms, view responses, and pull survey data into OpenCharts — all from Theo chat.

Why Connect Typeform?

List your Typeform forms and their fields

View form responses and submission data

Pull response data into OpenCharts tables

Ask Theo to summarize or analyze survey results

Open the connector

Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Typeform and click Connect.

Authorize with Typeform

You'll be redirected to Typeform's OAuth screen. Grant access.

Done

Your Typeform account is now connected.

"Show my Typeform forms" → Lists forms with titles

"Show responses for my feedback survey" → Lists submissions with answers

"Pull Typeform responses into a table" → Creates an OpenCharts data table

"Summarize my latest survey results" → Analyzes and summarizes

OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed by OpenCharts. If a refresh fails, you'll see a reconnection prompt in the Skill Store.

Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Typeform and click Disconnect. You can also revoke access from Typeform → Admin → Developer Apps.

No forms found

Make sure your Typeform account has published forms.

Responses empty

Check that the form has received submissions. Draft forms don't collect responses.

"No credentials found"

Reconnect from Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Typeform.
