  Theo™ is the product name of the AI assistant that powers OpenCharts.

  You may reference the OpenCharts and Theo names in editorial,
  comparison, and educational contexts without prior permission, as
  long as you do not:

    - Imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not
      exist.
    - Use the OpenCharts or Theo marks (or a confusingly similar
      mark) as part of a product, service, domain name, or
      organization name.
    - Modify, recolor, or distort the OpenCharts wordmark or emblem.
    - Use the neon brand color (#D4FF00) as your own primary brand
      accent in a way that would cause confusion with OpenCharts.
