Theo Live

The meeting
agent you can talk to.

Send Theo to your Zoom, Meet, or Teams calls. Get the transcript, the summary, and the action items on their own. Or turn on Live and ask it a question out loud, mid-meeting.

Two ways to bring it

A quiet notetaker, or a participant.

Both modes join the same way. The difference is whether Theo speaks. Live mode is opt in per meeting, so a routine call stays a routine call.

Live mode

Nobody has to leave the call to go look it up.

In Live mode Theo is a participant. Ask it a question in the middle of the conversation and it runs the lookup, then answers out loud so the whole room hears the same thing at the same time.

Maya

Hey Theo, what did our competitor actually ship last quarter?

Theo · speaking

A v2 dashboard and a mobile app, both in Q2. I have put the sources in the meeting chat so you can check them after.

Talk to work

An action item you can hand to Theo.

Every commitment becomes an action item with an owner, linked back to the moment in the conversation where it was made. Hand any one of them to Theo chat and the meeting context comes with it.

Questions

Meeting questions, answered.

Which meeting platforms are supported?
Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Paste a meeting link to send Theo to one call, or connect your Google or Outlook calendar and the notetaker schedules itself for upcoming meetings.
What is the difference between the notetaker and Live mode?
The notetaker listens quietly and delivers the transcript, summary, and action items afterward. Live mode makes Theo interactive: say Hey Theo during the call and it answers questions, runs web lookups, and speaks the result into the meeting for everyone.
Do the other people on the call know Theo is there?
Yes. Theo joins visibly as a participant with its own tile, so nobody is being recorded by something they cannot see.
How good are the action items?
Theo pulls out commitments with their owner and context, and each item links back to the exact moment in the conversation it came from, so you can check it. You can hand any item to Theo chat to draft the follow-up.
Where do the notes end up?
In your meetings hub. Each call keeps its transcript, summary, and action items together and searchable, with the calendar context alongside.
Is Live mode always on?
No. Live is opt in per meeting, so a routine standup stays a routine standup and you only bring the voice agent when the call actually needs one.
