Connect Monday.com to list boards, create and update items, manage columns, and search across your workspace — all from Theo chat.
Why Connect Monday.com?
Connecting Monday.com
Open the connector
Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Monday.com and click Connect.
Authorize with Monday.com
You'll be redirected to Monday.com's OAuth screen. Grant access.
Pick boards
Select the boards you want Theo to access.
What You Can Do
- • List all accessible boards with column definitions
- • List items on a board with column values
- • Create new items with name and column values
- • Update column values on existing items
- • Get board column schemas (names, types, settings)
- • Search items by column value
Using Monday.com from Theo Chat
Token Management
OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed by OpenCharts. If a refresh fails, you'll see a reconnection prompt in the Skill Store.
Disconnecting
Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Monday.com and click Disconnect. You can also revoke access from Monday.com → Administration → Apps → Installed Apps.
Troubleshooting
No boards found
Make sure you selected at least one board during setup.
Column update fails
Column values must match the column type. Use exact column IDs from the schema.
"No credentials found"
Reconnect from Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Monday.com.
