Connect your Gmail account to send emails, search your inbox, read messages, and manage labels — all from Theo chat.
Why Connect Gmail?
Connecting Gmail
Open the connector
Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Gmail and click Connect.
Authorize with Google
You'll be redirected to Google's OAuth consent screen. Grant Gmail access.
Done
Your Gmail is now connected and available in Theo AI Chat.
What You Can Do

- • Search inbox by keyword, sender, date, or label
- • Read email content and metadata
- • List and manage Gmail labels
- • Reply to and forward emails
Using Gmail from Theo Chat
Token Management
OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed by OpenCharts. If a refresh fails, you'll see a reconnection prompt in the Skill Store.
Disconnecting
Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Gmail and click Disconnect. You can also revoke access from myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps.
Troubleshooting
Can't send emails
Make sure you granted the 'Send email' scope during authorization.
Search returns nothing
Gmail search uses the same syntax as the Gmail search bar. Try simpler queries.
"No credentials found"
Reconnect from Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Gmail.
