Enterprise Wikipedia

The knowledge base
your AI actually reads.

Drop in your docs and links. They come back as structured articles with infoboxes and a table of contents. Then ask Theo a question and get an answer built from your own knowledge, with citations.

Parsing 4 sources into structured, searchable articles

Bulk import

Everything you already wrote, in one place.

Upload files in batches or paste a link. A Wikipedia article imports with its structure intact. A web page is extracted into clean sections with its images and attribution. Everything ends up indexed and searchable, without anybody reformatting it by hand.

Grounded answers

Stop hunting for the doc. Just ask.

Theo reads your wiki to answer in plain language, then shows its work. Pick a citation to see the exact passage it came from.

Theo

Annual plans are refundable pro-rata within 30 days of renewal. Requests go to billing and are approved by a manager.

Publishing

Keep it internal, or ship it public.

Any space can stay private to your team or go live as a branded public wiki on its own link: your colors, your tagline, the articles you want visitors to see first, and a password if the knowledge is not quite for everyone.

Capabilities

Knowledge that compounds.

Import it once. Keep it structured. Let every conversation draw on it.

Spaces for every team

Personal and organization spaces, each with its own name, brand, and categories.

Search that reads

Theo looks inside your articles, not just at their titles, and cites what it used.

Theo writes it back

When a conversation produces something durable, Theo can save it as a draft article.

Review before canon

Drafts stay drafts until a human approves them, so nothing becomes official by accident.

One base, every chat

The same knowledge answers questions in web chat and your messaging surfaces alike.

Attribution kept

Imported articles carry their source and license through, so credit travels with them.

Questions

Knowledge base questions, answered.

How is this different from a folder of docs?
A folder makes you go looking. Here everything you add becomes a structured, indexed article Theo can read, so you ask a question instead and get an answer grounded in your own knowledge with citations back to the source.
What can I import?
Files in bulk, including PDFs, documents, and decks, plus URLs. Wikipedia articles import with their structure intact, and a general web page is extracted into clean sections with its images and attribution.
Can the AI add to the wiki?
Yes, with your approval. When a conversation produces durable knowledge, Theo can save it as a draft article tagged for review, so a human decides what becomes canon.
Can I publish a public wiki?
Yes. Publish any space as a branded public site with your colors, a custom tagline, featured articles, and optional password protection. Re-publish any time to push updates.
Who controls the knowledge base?
Spaces belong to you or your organization. Org roles gate who can manage sources, rename spaces, and publish, and article review status keeps drafts separate from approved knowledge.
Does it stay up to date?
Re-import a source to refresh it, and articles carry their own last-updated date and owner in the infobox so it is obvious when something is going stale.
