Which SSO / SAML providers do you support?
Okta, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, and any standards-compliant SAML 2.0 / OIDC identity provider. Every user account also supports TOTP-based 2FA out of the box.
Do you train AI models on our content?
No. We do not use customer content to train or fine-tune any AI model — ever. AI inputs are processed in-memory and discarded after generation. There's no persistent training corpus, no opt-out toggle needed.
What about data residency and compliance?
We're hosted on AWS multi-AZ in US regions with AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, and row-level security per tenant. We're SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 track. Regional data residency options are available on Enterprise plans.
